Using Quiet Brain
Quiet Brain is a wellbeing support app, not a medical service. It isn't a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you're in crisis or thinking about self-harm, contact a trusted person or a local crisis line.

Your content
Check-in entries are stored on your device. You're responsible for what you enter. Don't use the app to store anything harmful or unlawful.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app, try to bypass the paywall, or reverse-engineer it. We may suspend access if the app is misused.
Changes
We may update these terms or the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them. We'll note the date above whenever these terms change.
Not a medical service
Quiet Brain and its AI assistants provide general wellbeing support only. They don't provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and aren't a substitute for a qualified professional. In a crisis, seek help from a trusted person, your GP, or a local emergency service.
Refunds & cancellations
You can cancel a Pro subscription anytime; you keep access until the end of the paid period. The Complete Bundle is a one-time purchase and, as digital content delivered instantly, is generally non-refundable unless it's faulty or doesn't match what we described — in which case contact us and we'll put it right.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Quiet Brain is provided "as is". We aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, and our liability for any single claim is limited to what you've paid us in the past 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
